A GREAT LITTLE WORKHORSE!!!
Great little Cart. It carried my camera bag at 25lbs most of the time, and at times my glider backpack packed weighing in at 45lbs. It was great through 3.5 months of travel in four different countries, 10 airports, overheads, under seats, subways, buses, trains, steps, steps and more steps, love the grabability for steps. It even went through checked baggage attached to my glider backpack and came out on the other side working fine. Thank you LAX and Gatwick baggage people. It worked well in backpack mode attached to the camera backpack. Made my travel so much easier, and I have been traveling for for 6 month a yr for 8 yrs, and have learned some things about luggage and carriers. I am surprised this little cart did so well this trip and I am planning to use in as many future trips as possible as well as locally. May even buy another to have on hand. Great cart that functioned perfectly and at times above and beyond what it should be required to to do. Very pleased.

Thank you for saving my daily life!!!
This cart has saved me! I hurt my neck a few months ago, and carrying a heavy backpack or even a small bag was killing me every day. I bought this and it is the perfect size for my backpack. No matter how much stuff I put on the cart, rolling it still feels incredibly lightweight. I can put a full backpack and also a camera bag on here and roll it with no problem. I honestly don't know what I would do without this cart. It has truly saved me from triggering excruciating pain, and I will continue to use it! The only downside of the cart is that the handle is a little flimsy. The strap came off once but I easily tied it back on, no problem. The strap hook is hooked on to the handles and are knotted securely underneath. There's no photos on Amazon of the actual size comparison of the cart, so I took some with it holding my regular-sized backpack for scale. Handle is fully extended in the photos.

Good but not great
I initially purchased a different luggage cart, but I was somewhat disappointed so I ended up ordering this one, too. It was hard to choose between them, largely because they're very similar. The worst "feature" is that the base (platform) of these carts doesn't lock in the open position - I was heartened to hear the "click," but when I tightened the bungee cord to secure my bag, the base folded upwards as other reviewers have noted, Bummer. That was true of both carts. Also, the product information lists a "shipping weight" that is actually the product weight - I had hoped that they weighed somewhat less than the 2.8 - 2.9 pounds listed as shipping weight. But they don't - that's their actual weight. As you can see in the first photo, below, the Samsonite Luggage Compact Folding Cart, Black, One Size is quite a bit shorter than the BlueJan (on the left) when they are folded up. When the handles are extended (the second photo), you can see that the BlueJan (on the left) is slightly taller than the Samsonite, but only by about a cm. The third photo shows the bases of the units. (Again, the BluJan is on the left.) The Samsonite's base is somewhat wider than the BlueJan and seems sturdier, The differences: Samsonite (on right in photos): Significantly shorter when collapsed (Photo 1) Base is a little wider and seems sturdier Telescoping handles are slightly shorter when extended (maybe a centimeter shorter) Two cross braces instead of one offers another place to secure luggage to cart A little more stubborn about collapsing the handle (have to fuss with it more) BlueJan (on left in photos): Seems a little sleeker overall, although taller when collapsed Telescoping mechanism works better The deciding factor for me was that the Samsonite model fits somewhat better in my carry on duffle, where it will have to go when I board the plane. I like them both, though, and it was hard to choose between them. I think they are both a good value and will perform well.

This is the best little luggage cart for the money around
This is the best little luggage cart for the money around. It works great for my long waits at the airport so I can walk around and put my backpack on it. You just have to tie up backpack straps so they don't drag. The wheels have covers and it fold up and is super light. I believe the unfolded flat rack has a base of 11 inches to the handle (includes 2 inches up over the wheels to the handle) and 9 inches across. I love my BlueJan.

Great for a couple medium pieces of luggage, or small to medium sized kennel.
This is a great little cart for light to medium sized luggage. I wouldn’t carry a lot of heavy items on this cart. The handle is pretty flimsy. The base is very sturdy however. If they would have made the handle with better, stronger material it would be perfect. It does come with two cords that are attached that have hooks on one end to secure what you are toting. You could put a small animal kennel on, but not heavy animal kennels. This would be great for moving things at the airport or hotel. No rugged terrain for this little guy. It does fold up small enough to fit in a backpack. I bought this to carry a 40 qt. Electric cooler and a couple bags of luggage. But I think it may only support the cooler and a small bag. I’m not worried About what the base can hold, it’s the flimsy telescoping handle I’m worried about.

It will solve your back pain from carrying a heavy pack.
I’m a Queens to NYC bus/subway daily commuter. Been wearing a backpack and carrying a lunch bag since I was in High School... decades ago, in another century, in a galaxy far, far, away... Now pushing 60, my back and shoulders can’t take the weight as gravity is taking its toll, also, my new career has no assigned office space or cubby to keep things in, the weight of my pack is the heaviest ever. Sought relief... found this luggage cart. So far, awesome. My daily twinges, spasms, Tylenol intake are removed! Hoping it can withstand NYC commuting...

light weight AND sturdy! 10/10!!!
WOW! I received my luggage cart today. I have to admit, I rarely write reviews (I know, I know), but this product deserves a review! I purchased the luggage cart because I am heading on a long international trip and I will be bringing a heavy 22-25 pound camera/lens backpack with all of my gear. It gets heavy to carry throughout multiple airports with layovers. And I always want to have my gear with me as a carry on, so checking is not an option. But I have always struggled trying to find a light weight, sturdy luggage cart. Either they are light weight and flimsy (my last one broke on a runway in Africa) or they are substantial but so heavy that I go over my allotted weight limit for baggage. THIS PRODUCT IS AMAZING! I have found the best luggage cart out there! I am so excited to find such a quality product at a great price!

It works pretty well
I traveled to Japan where I had to walk more than usual to and from the airport. I bought this to consolidate a couple of awkwardly shaped bags (40 lbs tool backpack and a duffel bag). I was really impressed with the bungees that held everything together, they did awesome. But the extendable tubes got a little banged, I didn't think very hard, and that caused the extension and retraction to bind a little and became a nuisance. But it still got me there and back, plus the collapsed cart can fit into my normal backpack when not in use, so I'm fairly happy.

Awesome little Cart!
I purchased this cart because I have a restriction on how much weight I am supposed to lift but I have a heavy backpack that I need to bring with me everyday. My backpack is by Swiss Gear and it features a piece of fabric on the back meant to fit down over a luggage handle. Works like a charm with this sturdy little cart. Love the wheels. Rubber is really durable and I predict they will last a long time. Well balanced too. My full backpack has no problems standing upright by itself when on this cart. I especially like that the wheels could probably be replaced if they ever do wear out as there is access to the bolts unlike some other models I looked at. I am super happy with my purchase.

It's a hassle to close the handle after you open it! I travelled to Europe and used it first time! The handle opens in a zip but doesn't close, it is embarrassing in the airport!

I wish the wheels can be bigger because when there was a bump, the whole cart always flipped over.
