Wanted something like this to install a chair on to a beam in basement and this fits well into my needs without too much hassles.

Kind of heavy but better , secure design.I used 2 of them for shop beam lightings.

Purchased to assist in raising the front of a lawn mower to permit blade removal for sharpening.

Does not fit my size of I-beam, too big had to modify to get it to work. Otherwise, great and fast shipping.

Hanger comes in fully assembled just look it over to make sure all the nuts and pins are set and you are good to go. Now i'm sure not everyone has an I-beam in their basement to connect this too. Which would be the easiest way to make this swivel work. If you have open joists in the basement spread out a few 2x4 boards perpendicular to the ledge, get yourself a steel plate and connect it to the 2x4 with some spacers, and now you have a set up to hang a heavy bag without a need for a steel I-beam.

I wanted to replace a strap hanger we were using on our 80lb bag and this hanger worked perfect on an i-beam in our basement.Installation is easy and extremely sturdy.The swivel is smooth and allows the bag to swing better than our previous option.The bracket is easily adjusted so if I wanted to move the bag out of the way, I can loosen a few bolts and slide it along the beam.This is a great upgrade for a reasonable price.
