Well made product!
Delivered on time and well packaged. Does not come with nails. You need big head nails to attach properly to the bottom of your garage door. I'm a 55 yo woman and it took me 1 and 1/2 hour to do. It hugs the threshold like it suppose to. I'm very happy. Thank you for a well made product!

Great sealing material!
The material is strong and, coupled with a new threshold (not included) I haven't had my previous leaking issue with the few rains that have rolled through since its installation.
