Broken white container inside - no broken off bit which means it was obviously broken before being put in the box and sent out and not broken in transit, or the broken off bit would have been with it in the box. Not the cheapest item either, so disappointed the quality standards aren't there.

Just received my order and was a little disappointed to find one of the insert containers broken when I opened the package. Wish they would have bubble wrapped or used better packaging to preserve it. Not the greatest quality but it will work. Guess I will try to super glue the ends.

the description indicated that there was room for Ice in the bottom of this tray...totally false. there is less than 1/2" under the individual compartments...even crushed ice will have difficulty fitting under there. My work around is to place the entire thing in a pan of ice, but it was not what was advertised.
