Good enough that I've bought multiples.
I have purchaae two of these along with other knives in this series. I keep one in my BBQ roll and another in the kitchen. I can't find any fault. They take an edge well and work perfectly all around. So lo g as they are properly cared for... I have considered them to be a great purchase with a high price to quality ratio.

Great knife
I bought this for my boyfriend for Christmas and he loves it! He said it's the sharpest knife he's ever used. He said it cut his meat prep time down when he cooked ribs for us.
