It is a good belt but is quite small on the sizing. I would say XL is an L at best. Easy to use

Seemed like a good deal at the time of purchase. Got to the gym today, and popped the tags. As I was about to put it on, I noticed rusting along the metal pieces of the belt. Was given the option to return it, but it's almost impossible to find belts in the size I need in this price range, so I guess I'm stuck with it. Hopefully it holds out.Aside from that, it's a fairly decent belt. Great support, with the only issue in the design being that the front (where the 'hinges' are) tend to dig into your guy of the belt is at a certain height, forcing you to either lower it or offset it to the side.

Something I wanted to try for a first time before buying something more substantial. Feels sturdy but I know leather ones and ones with buckles or clamps are generally better for stability.

Very comfortable belt. Support your back and core when you are squatting and deadlocking. Helps to prevent injury to low back. Material feels very strong and Support the upper body.
