Sent in a clear plastic bag, no shipping package. No privacy.
Belt is nice. But I was upset when I took it out of my mail box and it was in just the original see thru plastic bag and not in a shipping package. It is a personal item that I didn't appreciate being sent visible to every one.

IT HELPS my PAIN a LOT!
I'm a 67 year old petite female who has had a lot of abdominal surgeries that weakened my abdominal wall. About 4 months ago, I sneezed and felt the tear. Ever since I've had a bulging epigastric hernia (under my rib cage). I really want to avoid any more surgeries. I bought a different hernia belt, but it was too wide and folded over while wearing it. This belt is perfect width, does not fold over, and even has a small pocket with a foam insert to place where the hernia bulge is. It holds it in nicely while I go about my day, do chores, and cough or sneeze. It's made in Ukraine, so it took a while to arrive, with the awful war they are fighting, but it's a good product and I would recommend to anyone needing to baby a hernia.

too wide
I got the wide belt to help keep it centered on my hernia.Unfortunately it's so wide it pushes my pants down!It is built well but hard to wear with belted pants

Not bad, but needs a better pad
I've tried numerous hernia belts and this is the most comfortable and least visible that I've found for wearing discretely underneath clothing - the edges are more rounded and don't seem to dig into the skin as many other brands do. However the supplied foam pad insert that's intended to compress the hernia area is too thin and flat. I got around this by rolling up a handkerchief and stuffing it behind the foam pad. With this modification, it works perfectly, and I would say this is the best hernia belt I have found for hidden use. I wore it all day long for an entire 3 weeks of travel without any discomfort and without any visited relatives detecting that I was wearing anything under my shirt. Others have complained the foam pad falls out - but this has not been my experience (either with or without the modification described above). When I'm just around the house I tend to use a wider hernia belt above my clothing but most of those seem to come with insufficient pads too. With a better pad insert this would have been given 5 stars.

Works as described.
I bought this hernia belt. It feels comfortable and it is easy to strap on. I wear it when helping an elderly family member. Rather than take it off when not using it, I leave it on because it feels comfortable.

Tried Several and This One Works Best
I've tried several umbilical hernia belts and this one works best. It's not perfect, but if "perfect" is not having the hernia it's as close as I've been able to get. It is the most narrow of any and that has been a plus. Some pants require a little more adjustments in the belt than others but once set it's good to go. I didn't think I would be interested in the pad but I have found it to be a plus, too. Anyway, it's removable if you don't want it.
