Nice little tutus (I am using them underneath older children’s tutus to liven them up a bit) they are exactly as shown. Reviews said that they smelled “fishy”. Must have been resolved because mine were great. I actually just ordered a second set as they are inexpensive and great for my needs.

Bought these as a parting gift for a 3 year old birthday party and they were a huge hit! The girls that came were anywhere from 2-7 and these fit everyone! Not the highest quality tulle (little scratchy) but for the price these cute little tulle and foil stars skirts were perfect! I did air them out upon arrival with some febreze as they were vacuum packed and smelled a little fishy.

Updated March 2020 - We have had these for a year now. They are still as great as the day we opened them. They have survived dozens of dance classes, plenty of dress-up days, and being stuffed in and out of dresser drawers. There are no tears, rips, loose strings, or anything at all. Highly recommend!Original review - Bought these for a ballerina in my life. She loved them. They are very well made, no missing stitches or frayed areas. They did smell (as almost all new tutus do), so we laid them out and spritzed them with some homemade febreze - problem solved. They were a bit small on her waist, but we put them on a 3-foot teddy bear's waist for a few days and now they're fine. Sometimes she even wears 2 at a time to get a layered look with a color on top and a color underneath. We have received lots of compliments on them.
