multiple display options
I have had this type of torch for years. I installed them on my deck railings with a bracket, they stood about 2 feet off the railing. Easy to refill, the can lifts out. Simple styling. The jar portion can also unscrew from the pole and sit on your table or deck. The finish wears well, lasts for years. Highly recommend.

Beautiful tiki torches
I really love these torches! They are made from very study materials, and was assembled in about a minute or less. Not only are they beautiful, but they are multifunctional. You can use them on a tabletop or stake them in the ground. They have also held up in place through 2 rough storms so far. Great purchase at a great price.

Nice looking and functional
These are attractive and well built torches. The canisters come out easily for refilling. I would like to have had a larger canister -- the ones I am replacing were larger which meant less refilling. I also liked the clear canisters in my old ones better than these black ones. The clear made them easier to fill. With these I have to pour out the contents into a measuring cup then fill the cup up to 16 ounces and pour the contents back into the canister. Not too much trouble but still prefer the clear containers so that I could see the contents as I filled them. These are much nicer looking than my old ones and I believe they will last longer. I use one of them without the pole and will point out that the wick cover that is used to snuff out the flame and protect the wick from getting wet in the rain is attached to the top section of the pole so it has to be unhooked and used without the little chain that secures it to the pole. Loosing it is a possibility since it is not attached. The chains connected to the pole were loose so I wrapped them with black electrical tape to keep secured to the pole. I was afraid to bend the little hook too much because it looked so fragile. These do help reduce the amount of insects flying around the patio and add to the ambiance in the evening. Sadly the price of fuel is very high now, more than doubled in about two years, so that is a factor when it comes to how many of these things you might want to use. it takes about $15 worth of fuel to fill four of these. I estimate that they will burn for 6-8 hours if the wick is set at about one inch.I received one of the torches that was damaged and returned it. I think that if one of these falls over and lands on the hard surface of the patio it will crack. The outside container is fragile.

Picture does not do justice to their attractiveness.
This is a multi-use attractive torch that looks much better than the picture provided. I bought two while they were under $10 and am waiting for the price to go down again to purchase 2 more for my patio. I like that you can use it on a table, a porch rail, or various heights around the patio table. Since the poles are metal and will eventually rust I suggest waxing them with a car wax. I also bought a dozen of the canisters since they do rust out and require replacement over time (also on sale at the best lowest price). In the future I plan to buy the smokeless torch fluid after I use up the case I bought locally that has tons of black smoke (ugh), but does keep the mosquitoes and everything else away, including me depending on how the wind blows.

These are amazing, you will love them!
We have been sick of tiki tore made of bamboo. Over tome they fall apart. So this year I decided to look on Amazon(my favorite place to shop) and there they were on Amazon. Beautiful, well made, functional with class. Thank you so much , we love them!

Classy looking jars
Looked all over for an alternative to those corny looking bamboo tiki poles, and decided to try these resin jars . These are really good looking, and very well made jars, and instead of using the supplied clamps and pole extensions, we have them directly on the deck .The flame is higher than I expected, and they seem to use quite a bit of oil ( this maybe normal ), but that gives a great "campfire" effect when sat out at night .I am seriously thinking of ordering 2 more units. One tip however, the wick gets extremely coated in black oil residue, so make sure you screw off the cap to refill with care .

Not sturdy
Wish it was a little sturdier. Holds up better at shortest level.
