History of ideas and activism
The book outlines movements in ideas and activism up to 2010. So, a helpful text in understanding the background to activism in the last decade. The layout of the book is mystifying. I can't emphasise this enough. There is a lot of reading and rereading needed on almost every page. Regardless, there are essays here that I will refer to again.

A really fascinating and inspiring read. I have only one complaint and that is that the text is absolutely full of typos - and I mean on almost every page. There are even headings in bold print that have typos. Don't the publishers believe in proofreading ? - perhaps they just can't be bothered. Very sloppy. It actually detracts from the ideas somewhat because it gives the impression that the whole project has been rushed. A pity because the authors ideas really deserve attention.

Classic Graeber
I believe most of these essays are available on the anarchist library for free, but this collection is absolutely darling. RIP to David Graeber- one of the best writers and theorists of our lifetime

Haven't begun to read yet...
The essays appear sublimely interesting, and if you are familiar with Graeber nothing more needs to be said. The physical product leaves something to be desired. The book is POD (Print on Demand) and of adequate quality as far as that goes; the cover is poorly printed and the feel of the ink somewhat unpleasant to the touch (I shall have to fashion a jacket). Possibly a consequence of the mode of production, Amazon lists the page count as 120 which can only be gotten counting the blank pages at the back; pagination-wise the text ends at p. 114. This is trivial stuff in contrast with the "intellectual content." I take it on faith—after a cursory glance—that the writing is good.

The editor must have been sleeping on the job
Graeber's book Debt was deeply researched and I loved the approach.I've skimmed some of his others book but actually sat down to read this book.I agree with many main principles, but they are also as old as mankind itself. The greatest problem for me is that it rambles...Whoever edited this book was sleeping on the job. I'm sure it could've been a great book, IF ¾ was cut.
