It’s price not worth it , and no external power can be connected only batteries which u still need to pay everytime , it not good for new born Baby 3 month and above .

The description and the chair don’t deserve 1 star. First off, it is not suitable for newborns or those less than 3 months considering the lack of recline. Secondly it does not sway or swing, at all, useless buttons. The music did not work either. Junk- avoid

Really disappointing that this swing chair has been used and put back into the box & been sold to me as "new". When assembling the swing chair parts of it was already assembles and just folded back into the box. The box was glued together and the chair was in a plastic covering that was already open inside. The chair has marks on parts of the arms, and also staining in the cover which suggests its been used already and you can see where the bars have rubbed on the cover of the seat.Luckily it works okay for now... Just not happy I paid for a new and sealed product and I've been given a used product with marks and opened box.Please be mindful when buying.

Généralement il s'agit d'une bonne balancelle mais il y a un gros "MAIS"Les points positifs :Très facilement lavable, il suffit d'enlever 2 arceaux pour enlever l'assise qui passe à la machine à 30° sans rétrécir et il sèche très rapidementLe nounours s'enlève et on peut le laver à la machineL'arceau des nounours pivote donc on ne cogne pas bébé dessus quand on l'assisAucun bruit décelable lors du fonctionnement grâce à un électroaimantLa consommation via les piles (qui sont assez chères) est très raisonnable : 3 mois qu'il fonctionne 1h/ jour et il fonctionne encoreLe montage/ démontage est assez simple mais il vous faudra un tournevis cruciforme de taille moyenneLes musiques ne sont pas énervantesLe harnais est bien et maintient bien bébéIl est très stable, aucun branlement avec un bébé de 6.5 kgLes points négatifs :Un seul ourson fourni... pour 100e quand même...Le système d'attache des oursons est pas du tout standard : généralement les oursons sont fournis avec des anneaux plastiques pour les attacher n'importe où donc comment l'attacher dans un trou rectangulaire qui fait 2 mm sur 5... il vous faudra donc percer l'arche à la convenance des oursons que vous avezLes sons de la nature sont de mauvaise qualité, on dirait un bruit de papier journal qu'on froisse plutot qu'une pluie douce.... je ne les utilise jamais doncLe vibreur est vraiment trop fort... et il est régulier, autant mettre votre bébé sur la machine avec le programme essorage... c'est n'importe quoi ! Le vibreur est par exemple beaucoup plus fort qu'un vibreur de téléphone et il aurait mieux valu avoir un vibreur où l'on peut choisir l'intensité et qu'il y ait des programmes de vibrations...Et la palme... le balancier ne fonctionne pas au soleil (en plein soleil mais aussi si la clarté du jour est trop forte). La raison ? le capteur de vitesse qui est noyé sous la lumière et qui du coup stoppe le balancement... Rien n'est indiqué sur la notice concernant cette condition d'utilisation ombragé !! Résultat j'ai renvoyé 2 balancelles pour rien. Nous nous sommes aperçu du problème car elle fonctionnait le matin mais pas l'après-midi et elle refonctionnait le soir... et effectivement en ombrageant le capteur (sorte de petite lentille sur le module électronique) sous le siège ça refonctionne. Il est urgent de mettre à jour la notice avec cette condition d'utilisation ! J'enlève deux étoiles du coup car on ne peut pas s'en servir dehors et nous sommes contraints selon la météo de baisser les volets. Dommage de priver mon enfant de regarder le jardin et les animaux !!!

The swing in itself it's nice. I have bought it when my baby was born as it was supposed to be suitable for newborns too. There is a small pillow which you can attach but it doesn't support newborn. I waited until my baby was 2 months to use it. Now at 3 months I can say it's finally being put to use.You need lots of non standard batteries.The assembly is quite complicated and takes some time.Easy to wash in the washing machine.

shoulder straps are not padded. when my baby leaned over, the shoulder strap ended up pressed right against his neck. these straps are not soft by any means. I also had to cut into the fabric just to get the vibrating attachment installed. Batteries not included, and it uses 2 different types: 1 C battery for the vibrating attachment, and 4 D batteries for the rocker.The good: it rocks well, vibrates well, and the sound settings (to include white noise, nature, and music options) are nice along with different volume settings.

I bought this when my little girl had colic, I was willing to try anything, so a baby bouncer was the next thing to try, when it came I assembled it few days later on my own, instructions were great, I placed baby on it and it worked I even took a video and sent it to my mother, baby started crying but that’s not the swing’s fault. The problem is that the next time I tried it it wouldn’t rock, I had new batteries in I read and read the instructions many times it still wouldn’t bounce.I would say if you have help and you can have someone dissemble it to return it, it’s worth a shot, in my case unfortunately it’s just me and the baby and had thrown the box away and I just couldn’t find the time to dissemble it and return it and the postage would’ve been expensive so it’s now sitting in a corner, Amazon offered a full refund which is great but it is such hard work returning such a big item so prepare for the swinging feature possibly not working
