Works perfectly ( so far )
This is a standard RJ45 1000Tx GBIC and allows the use of regular copper patch cables for the uplinks. This is paired with a LinkSys LGS310MPC PoE switch.

Cisco product support was expired.
The price was very competitive, and the items probably work fine. I did not try them. I was concerned that Cisco would not support these items because the vendor may not have been a Cisco-approved reseller. I never got that far. I ran one of the SFP serial numbers past the Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC) and they told me the software support portion of the warranty expired in March 2017. I am writing this on 11 July 2018 and I purchased these last Friday. In addition, the hardware support expired on 13 December 2017.In order to get product support I would have had to go to one of the authorized partners on the Cisco site, and talk one of them into selling me coverage. Then I would have had to talk to my Cisco account manager, once they were covered, to see if I could include them with the rest of my equipment on our SMARTNET maintenance contract. Too much work! I sent them back and paid much more for equipment that was covered and new.So, if you’re on a tight budget, these are Cisco SFPs and they probably work fine. However, if you need the support to go with them, go to an authorized Cisco reseller.
