There are several parks they visit, and she simply scans the tag when she arrives at one of them to show her location, and we receive an immediate email. This allows us to pick up our pets from the park after work.The tags are amazing! High-quality, affordable, and easy to use. I absolutely love the product and the concept behind it. Our dog walker strongly suggested I leave this feedback for all pet owners.

Slightly heavy for my cat, but I liked the tag

This dog tag is durable, easy to use, easy to set up, and works accurately. It’s also lightweight. It’s easy to get on any collar, and it took me about 10 minutes to set up and sync and works like a charm. The design & size is perfect even for small dogs. At this price point it’s a no brainer for your pooch’s safety.

In the genie smart pet tag, the QR code on the back is the coolest thing, as I will always be notified about the location of my pet dog if anyone else scans it. It has great quality and a beautiful design, and it links to a pretty simple website. I have registered it now, and it's free. It feels so good to know that I will never lose my Simba! It offers total value for money with features like storing multiple contact numbers, medical history, vaccination alerts, etc.

The tag and concept is good, but the tag8 software is useless.Most of their links will show you 404 error. The one particular one on the tag, also doesn't redirect properly. Multiple html errors cause no information. Tag found notice has no location, no mobile numebr of person or any details except time scanned, that to in some foreign time zone. Better to make a QR codeyourself online and put on a tag. It is too much hassle both for the owner, and the finder. It's such a basic requirement for a tag, but failed to deliver due to extremely bad written coding.

Have you ever had your dog sneaking away? I had, and luckily she had her tag, but with this Tag Genie, it’s even easier to get all the pertinent info about your dog and yourself!Everything is managed through the QR code, leading you to the dashboard tag8 website where you can file your dog info, health issues, set reminders for vaccinations and obviously, your contact infos if your dog/cat is lost to contact you!To scan the code, I had to zoom in a little bit, and the web link appeared right away.The clip and genie tag is slightly too long for my taste, so will use only the key ring insteadWorth the $25 expense!

QR code takes you to a website with incomplete sentences & asks for information id normally give, however it’s worded with things like“Make sure information given to smooth workings”Can’t be a legit product, I’ll be returning it promptly.
