Let me first say, I LOVE this watch!!! I bought it for my 5 year old son and he loves it too! He was so excited and couldn't believe he had a "Smartwatch", his words, not mine!! I bought it because he just started Kindergarten, was waiting too long to go to the bathroom and then partially wetting on his way to the bathroom. I wanted to find some way to help him remember to go to the bathroom without embarrassing him at school, hence THIS watch. I love that I can set the watch to vibrate mode and only he knows when his timer was going off. It looks like a big kid watch, so all his friends think its really cool. They don't even know it's a potty watch. It's nice that it automatically restarts the timer over and over until you turn the timer off through program mode. That means that I can set it and forget it and also that his teacher doesn't have to fuss with it. he doesn't even have to take it off to wash his hands because it's water resistant, so the only reason to take it off would be to sleep or charge. We get about 3.5 days, sometimes more, on one charge.While he hasn't completely stopped having accidents, he has gone from 3-4 a day down to 1 a day, and sometimes none. So, I feel that he is on his way back to having no accidents. Now, with that being said, there are a few things you should know.1. While the face of the watch is nice and thin, it is a bit wider than I expected it be, even on a 5 year old. I would say that it's larger than a women's watch face, but not quite as big as a men's.2. Within the first day of wearing it, the face started popping out of the silicon band. I contacted the seller, who immediately responded. He suggested super gluing it to hold it in place and if that didn't work, or if I just didn't want to, he offered to expedite a new one to me right away. Well the glue worked great and a new one wasn't necessary.3. While many say that it's complicated, if you read the directions carefully, you'll find that it's quite easy. The screen is a touch screen and it has a tap and hold programming system. You tap the screen and with each tap you get to a new screen (Time, Battery Strength, Timer Set, and Sound). If the timer is turned on then it's (Timer, Time, Battery Strength, Timer Set, and Sound). Once you reach the screen you want to program, you simply hold your finger on the screen for a second until it changes to program mode. Then you tap it to go through the setting options. Once you see the option you want, you simply hold your finger on it again to select it and switch back out of program mode. Then wait for the screen to go off and do it again, if you want to change another setting.4. While I love vibrate mode, your little one has to be committed to listening to it on their own because chances are you won't hear it. For littler ones, I would recommend using the song mode, so that you will also hear it and can prompt them to go.5. Because it does have a touch screen, there has been occasion where the timer has accidentally gotten turned off. This has happened twice in 2 weeks.6. After the first few days of wearing, my son started complaining that he didn't want to wear it because it was uncomfortable. I tried not putting it on so snuggly, and he's been fine with it since.I just wanted to make you aware of some of the things I didn't know before I bought this watch, but none of these are reason enough for me to not recommend it. I still think it's a great and would buy it again! The benefits far outweigh the cons. Good Luck!!**UPDATE** Within several weeks, our potty watch quit working. It worked fine when I plugged it in one night and didn't work when I unplugged it the next morning. The screen just wouldn't come on at all. I contacted the seller immediately. He told me that I should not leave it plugged in overnight. It only takes 30-60 minutes to fully charge. (From completely dead, mine takes about 60 minutes on a regular charger and 25 on a fast charger). He immediately sent me a replacement watch free of charge and included a nice handwritten note giving me his personal cell number, just in case I needed anything else...stating "I will take care of you!". I have done as he said with the new watch and have had no problems. I only plug it in every 3 days or so, and I set a timer so that I remember to take it off the charger. I would highly recommend this seller. His customer service it wonderful and the product is great too!!!

I chose this potty watch because I love that it's discreet - it doesn't look like a potty watch, it looks like a cool watch that any kid would be proud to wear. Dealing with an older child who is not yet potty trained, not having the product be so in your face was essential. For the same reason, I greatly appreciate the option for the alarm to be vibrate-only so that my child can use it discreetly at school. My child absolutely loves wearing the watch, and it seems to have more authority than I do with regards to convincing him it's time to use the toilet. Setting up the watch is relatively easy.I knocked off 1 star because of the fact that all functions are controlled by a single button, including the function to merely view the time or how much time is left on the potty timer. The first time I gave my child the watch, he unintentionally completely changed the time within minutes of getting his hands on it. It would be great if the button to change the settings could be separate from the button for the child to use the most basic functions of the watch, something a bit more tucked away.I do want to give a big shout-out to the seller's customer service. The first watch we received stopped having the alarm go off properly within the first day of use. I contacted the company on whatsapp and, after asking a few questions to ensure the settings weren't the issue, they quickly let me know that they would be sending a replacement free of charge. We have not had any issues with the replacement.

We've been having major potty regression in our 5 year old that has been going on for way too long. Our pediatrician recommended that I remind her to go to the restroom every 45 minutes, which is a huge mental task to accomplish by itself, never mind the rest of life. If you are someone who can repeatedly set a 45 minute alarm on your phone for the foreseeable future without losing your mind, bless you. Anyways, the doctor must have guessed I wasn't the latter type, and recommended that I look into potty training watches. When i found this one, I liked how it looked less like a potty training watch than the others, so it was more subtle for my older child. Well, I'm SO HAPPY I got her this watch! First of all, my girl LOVES wearing it. Contrary to my worry, she feels like a big girl having her own electronic watch. And the best part: she's been going potty every time it rings WITHOUT complaining, WITHOUT me asking her to go. This is a miracle on both fronts. The little chiming song and vibration are just perfect for her; they break her out of whatever she's doing, and she doesn't mind it. I hope this keeps up, but so far this has been a game changer. But there's more! I needed to charge the watch upon arrival (silly me, that's always the case with electronics!), but when it wasn't working I panic called the number on the package to troubleshoot it. I was mentally kicking myself for wasting my time as the phone rang, figuring nobody would pick up. Well, lo and behold, one of the owners of this mom & dad company answers, and proceeds to very kindly help me through my troubles. They were the kindest! I never write amazon reviews, but this was the best service, hands down, I've ever received for a product I purchased on Amazon. Felt more like an Etsy purchase, as there were real people behind this product. Anyways, I now have a second one of these watches and I'm wondering why I didn't do this sooner. My two year old doesn't want to wear it, but has been primed and ready for potty training for a while now - it was ME that needed to get on board! I needed to find the "time" to potty train him... as in, the mental determination to bring him to the bathroom every 45 minutes. Well guess what, I am wearing this watch now during the day, and every time it rings, it reminds ME to bring him to the bathroom. I feel like I'm finally winning at this potty training thing, after months of feeling beaten down. It's hard to believe, but my 2 y/o has converted to training underwear already. Sure, we've had some accidents, I mean this is real life. But way less than if I were responsible for trying to remember to bring him to the bathroom on my own. I'm able to relax and let the watch remind me when it's time. And when he balks, I point to the watch and like any good mom, blame it for saying he needs to go. He's only 2 so that logic wins. We'll see how long it lasts. But I am SO happy I made this purchase! And this family owned business is WONDERFUL. They were so helpful, calling back to make sure my watch was working after the charging... how nice is that?! I will be telling everyone I know about how wonderful these are. By the way, I got the blue watch for my daughter (her request) and I'm wearing the black one for my 2 year old. The black one looks like a smart watch a woman could legitimately wear, and I actually really like it. My guess is I will be wearing this for the next several months until my littlest one is potty trained, and I'm not complaining. Thank you guys!! You saved my sanity as I potty train two children in parallel. I love your product! :-)
