Q: How loud is the water pump?

It depends on how deep the water is and probably how much water sound you want from the spout. Generally I'd say it works better in a deeper container. I have about 5 inches of water over the top of the pump and don't hear it at all. The spout is 2 inches above the water so it has a nice medium water sound.

Q: don't you have any complete sets with bowls??

None of these come with bowls. The bowls are a garden center item, because they are too expensive to ship and easily damaged in shipping. Contact Bamboo Accents through their website about locating a garden center near you that carries the Bamboo Accents bowls.
