Having weaned myself off prescription anxiety medication I still found I needed help as my anxiety will never leave me. Since taking these it hasn’t cured it but my gosh it has it lessened it better than the meds did! I cope so much better with situations that would have brought in major anxiety. Give them at least 4-6 weeks to work properly though

Having suffered with terrible anxiety for 2 years, (Stert of covid) I decided to try Ashwagandha, for 2ish weeks I felt strange, and a bit weird but suddenly on day 25 of taking them I began to feel really good, almost back to normal so fingers crossed it continues as I've not had a anxiety attack in weeks and I'm sleeping brilliantly too xx

Does nothing, tried it for a month.

Great addition to my supplement regimen. Definitely notice a difference in anxiety symptoms, whether from this or the combination of other supplements I don’t know, but I’ll definitely keep taking this.

Easy to swallow and thus far nothing to report. I'm on my 3rd day so too early to say anything about its effectiveness. I've a lot going on being evicted etc so really not the time to analyse, perhaps later when the dust literally settles
