Good Product
This is a great product. Didn't really expect much out of it but it has great color and looks nice in betta tank!

Secret Hiding Place
I have a 5 gallon Fluval tank for my Betta, MacBeth. It's a good size for a five gallon. The green color on the grey becomes more muted underwater. Underneath the cave has a black coating that keeps the inside smooth. However, the openings have sharp edges but it is easily sanded down, and should. MacBeth likes to hide inside and peer out from his cave. I recommend it, but the edges need to be sanded.

Started seeping paint after a few months
It looked great initially. I put it in in January, but by April it was coating my sand with nasty black paint as it decayed. I wish it would have lasted.

Brittle
It's brittle and I broke as I pulled it out of the package with my hands? Still usable however it will go in the Newt tank not.

Buy this
I absolutely love this decoration. It’s a little smaller than I thought but that’s 100% okay because it fits with my design very well. I have crabs and they love to go inside the cave and climb on it and I enjoy it very well. A lot of reviews say that it’s sharp but really it’s not. I don’t thibj a fish would be able to get injured with this.

Birds give it a 👍🏼
The media could not be loaded. I bought two resin rocks to put in my bird bath which hangs from an awning outside my bedroom window because they're much lighter than real rocks. The other rock is smaller and more of a cave - I drilled a hole through it so I could place a small pump underneath. The flowing water helps attract birds, and they can stand on the rocks to bathe and drink. Chickadees love bathing in it, often right next to the water spout. Goldfinches don't bathe as often (dirty birds!), but drink frequently, along with bushtits.Algae does grow on the rocks (it's in partial sun) and they need to be scrubbed with a brush occasionally. I don't know if the same would happen in an aquarium.
