The pan is more than an inch deep. It is stainless and very easy to clean.

just opened double box upon unwrapping the plastic and lifting the 1st on out a piece of the handle was laying on the divider. very sad.

I absolutely love these baking dishes! They worked great to bake a Chicken Parmesan dish in my large oven and they are extremely heavy-duty. They are the perfect size for a 1 to 2 people household. I totally recommend them.

I dropped my old reliable glass Pyrex baking dish a few months ago. Thought I could make do without it until after the holidays. Nope! This is a MUST have for everyone's kitchen- all the time. I love the two sizes and at the end of the day nothing it better than Pyrex at this sort of thing. My broken dish was given to me as a shower gift in 1980! Yeah, a bargain at twice the price. Don't wait, you will be so glad to have these in your cabinet!
