I've had this case for a little over 1 year. The case has been great. I work at a sawmill. The part that has a built in screen protector isn't completely dust proof. It would work for normal every day use but working at a sawmill there's dust everywhere. That said, I used the other frame that's included with my own screen protector and have been very satisfied.Earlier today my kickstand was out and I dropped my phone. This has happened multiple times with no issue but apparently this time was one time too many. It broke part of the kickstand. The rest of the case is still like brand new. I'm super bummed cause I love this case. I want to purchase a new one but they say they're unavailable. I'll wait a couple days and hopefully more come into stock.This has definitely been one of the best cases I've ever owned. And the kickstand is really amazing. When I first bought the case I didn't think I'd even use the stand. I bought the case for it's other features. But now that I've had it, the kickstand is such a great feature. I highly recommend this case to everyone I know.

Now, you may be wondering why I had to buy three. After all, the sign of a durable product is that you only have to buy it once...But my kid intentionally tore off the kickstand the first time. It had survived dozens of drops but the kickstand wasn't made to withstand being yanked on in the wrong direction by the full might of a 3 year old... The rest of the case was fine and it had survived everything else, so I happily bought a second one for the convenience of a kickstand.Now the second one... It survived a lot of falls that had me SURE something had broken. Thrown on a bed and bouncing straight into the corner of a metal cabinet, dropped from a ladder onto laminate floor, and tons of drops from selfie height...Until it finally slipped from my hand right as my kid passed, standing on top of a scooter, and ran right over the back of it... It had a slight crack in the corner of the case and the phone itself is perfectly fine. I've been using it for about a month like this and it's still taking hits like a champ, but better safe than sorry, so I got another one.

I really, really liked this case and I would recommend this brand for those who do not own a OnePlus or who don't use a warp-charging stand.The story: I had to upgrade my OnePlus phone so, of course, I had to get a new case for it and this was the second one I chose. Impressive fit and finish. This IS NOT a case you're going to be slipping on and off. It is meant to be a bit difficult to get one and a lot more difficult to get off. Excellent protection. Nice color. I was happy until........OnePlus has what they call 'warp-charge' capability both via a stand and a usb plug. The balance of the phone inside the case is enough to keep it from sitting on the charger correctly. Neither was I able to use the usb warp charger. For a while, I just charged it with a standard usb at night and it would be ready to go when I got up in the morning. Then came the latest Android OS update and now it is having problems with a regular usb charger. If I take it out of the case, I can use either warp charger but not IN the case. And this case is not meant for repeated install/deinstall, it's just too difficult.Part of the problem is the built in case stand -- an item I generally ignore -- but its metal components are heavier than without and that, I think, is what is causing the phone to be unable to sit on the warp-charging stand. I don't know if the case (which is a tiche difficult to open the usb port at the botom) ands just enough thickness to prevent a usb-c cable from seating all the way in. In any case, after that last Android update this case became untenable for my regular use.

I discovered Poetic cases right around the time I had my Galaxy Note 4 and I have continued to make them my go to case solution. I do not use their built in screen protector so I cannot comment on that but the case is great at protecting my phones and as far as I know they are the only case solution that allows for portrait and landscape. Love the portrait feature as I can set my phone on my desk and see the notifications at a glance without have it pick it up or cock my head to the side. The only problem I have ever had occured recently, the phones kickstand stopped locking shut. I noticed that the detent tabs had broken off. The case was only 4 months old so I contacted the company via the Amazon messenger. They immediately responded, confirmed my shipping address and shipped me a whole new case at their expense. Wow, best case, best features and best customer service! Don't hesitate buy this case!

Poetic make good cases for OnePlus phones as I have the OnePlus 6, 8, 9 Pro, 11, and 12. Would recommend highly to OnePlus users.

So the case is phenomenal like I was shocked and the screen has been saved twice but sadly the actual phone, not from this site, is *ssssss like I couldn't believe how frustrating a phone can be, I've had it for 5 months and my providers couldn't explain or for a while connect my network. Ive been to the store multiple times I've had too many people touch my phone and finally it connects but my battery last 8 hours with lifesaver, video/ streaming sucks like buffer buffer buffer, and then txt or calls don't register. I send a text at 10am and hopefully you'll get but probably not until 12 or not at all. I've received photos that I couldn't even save for idk what reason. Anyways...save your money and do NOT GET THIS PHONE!

Got this for my Oneplus 9 Pro. Works great, heavy AF. Pretty sure I could use the case for self defense if needed. It comes with two fronts, one with the built in screen protector and one not. I'm using the one with the built in plus I have a screen protector directly on the phone. The finger print pad and stylus work fine no disruption or lag. I've already lost control of my hands several times resulting in my phone inside this case going on an adventure, the ground was dented but case and phone are fine. Built in kick stand for the win.
