I have dystonia which is muscle cramping and it makes me have death grip and pressure on pencils. Would writing to hard ruin the protector?

My guess is maybe. The tip of your pencil will definitely wear REAL fast. My first one did and I wasn't expecting it. These paper-feel covers are basically like sandpaper and the tip suffers greatly depending on how hard you press. In your case I would probably skip to protector and just write on the glass otherwise you'll go through a ton of pencil tips and protector sheets in a short time. Hope this helps!

Maybe but you’ll probably have a glare. Best to have one or the other. This protector is pretty good for what it is.

Any recommendations for cleaning the screen protector?

I use a microfiber cloth (same type used to clean eyeglasses.). Occasionally, I spritz the screen protector with eyeglass cleaning solution.

Will it scratch off the pencil tip?

It won’t scratch off the pencil tip. Your pencil tip will became dull and you’ll need to eventually replace it. The screen protector is amazing and is perfect for note taking
