I've been using this for a few days now. I take it about 20-30 minutes before exercising, and I feel more energized without the jittery feeling that comes from stimulants. The dragon fruit flavor is actually pretty good but it is a little sour however with the other carnitine products I've tried, they're all pretty sour so it's pretty standard.I also appreciate that it’s sugar-free, carb-free, and stimulant-free, so it fits perfectly with my clean eating goals.
