Yes acrylic paint is waterbased

If I use this on a window will I be able to remove it at a later time?

Acrylic can be used on windows but acrylic is for a more permanent image, it can be removed as it's water based but I'd recommend tempera paint for easier removal at a later date. I use tempera to paint my customers windows and while it can be a little thin at first a second coat to a fully dried painting will solidify it

Could i use in a sprayer

Acrylic paint is a water based paint, you'd have to thin it to use in a paint sprayer.

Can this be used to decorate tyres please?

No idea, I used them for resin and stone ornaments in the garden.
