The mat and pillow are well made and come in a handy matching tote bag. I am on my second day of using it and it definitely helps to relieve tension in my back and not sure if it's coincidence or not but since using the mat I have felt more relaxed and am getting the most refreshing nights sleep that I have ever head.I am on my feet all day and now sit with the pillow under my feet for twenty minutes a day which gives massive relief.I would highly recommend this product.

Just received this mat set and cracked it straight open. When you first feel the spikes as you open it you maybe like mmmm but actually lying on the mat is totally fine. My back relaxed and was not feeling any burn in a few minutes then I found some good spots in the lower back and upper glutes which did feel active but it was pleasant weirdly. I think this maybe my new favourite item in wellness . Product is made well and definitely worth investing in. I’m taking it easy only used for 20 mins but can’t wait for the next go!

This is EXCEPTIONALLY well made! The first time I used it, I slept so well and woke up feeling energised and with all the energy in my body flowing and balanced! I love that it's made from eco friendly sustainable material and the lavender pillow has a lovely smell which is so comforting and relaxing.It's wonderful for aches and pains and tired muscles... I felt so rejuvenated getting up from the mat!It's a wonderful way to take some time out from your day and give yourself some pampering and self care!The seller is lovely and the packaging is sustainable. It came carefully and beautifully packaged with a lot of attention to detail and love!Simply SUPERB!!

Well packaged, very nice presentation, not sure about the lavender oil, couldn't smell anything. Was rather sceptical as first thought laying down on the mat would be painful, but personally not at all. The pillow still trying to get the best position, now this I find is painful. First time in using I did feel energetic, revitalised in the morning. I generally use prior to sleep and generally actually fall asleep on the mat, unintentionally. Only used several times so still finding the most productive way to use. I personally find the mat doesn't hit the key areas around the tops of the shoulders and ideally would think that if the pillow was long enough, and slightly less hard, little give this would capture them. But look just finding my way, so will probably research further. All in all very well made, appears to have some relief for me anyway. Will see how I progress over say 6 months.

I Already owned one of the cheaper mats which was extremely scratchy to my super sensitive fibro skin.I understand the concept behind them so I looked into the higher end of the market.Firstly. It comes beautifully presented in a stunning box. I felt quite self indulgent which was lovely for a change.Both the mat and pillow are softly padded with a real.look and feel of something well made.The flowers are iniquely designed compared to my other mat which is open stars like hard plastic spikes. They are even scratchy to run your fingers over.These are more like roses with a whorl pattern that feels smoother but has the same effect.I LOVE it. I use it twice a day. Also put my feet on it.I have fallen asleep a couple of times on it.Don't get me wrong...peeling myself off after a session can be very painful but then I am stiff with my fibromyalgia.My herbalist recommended it to me and assures me that the time it takes for the deep relaxation it brings gets much shorter as time goes by.I tried with the other but with the sharper points and hardly any padding it never got to that stage.I believe all these mats work. It really is a case of if you are using it casually or if you are seriously needing to learn to conquer your pain levels and break through to a whole new level of well being.I highly recommend it and it would also make a lovely gift it comes so beautifully wrapped.
