they work great and look nice at a great price.

The items looked to be good quality with a clean finish. Unfortunately they could not be used for my intended purpose so I had to return them.

They work great for what I needed them for.

There are sizes of fasteners to fit most jobs. I would prefer it if the threaded half of the fasteners to be slightly longer.

The only negative thing I can come up with is, that the side that resembles a screw, the side you use a screwdriver on, both sizes are too short. I wish they were longer so they screw is a lot further. For example, on the 5mm post sides, I wish the screw side was also 5mm so that it has a more secure hold. Other than that, these are perfect. I like that the post side's head has a beveled edge, this makes it much safer to use as it means the edge won't scratch anything, or catch on something that brushes past it. I also like that they have the ability to use both flat head AND philips head screwdrivers. The ones at the hardware store are only flat head, and the driver slips and starts to ruin the head of the screw side. So this makes it so I can use the other kind, the philips head, and it won't do that to me!

I purchased these to provide a low profile way of attaching magnets to the inside of weapons lock box. It was the perfect solution.The kit contained 90 sets, 15 ea. of 6 different binding post lengths and came in a nice plastic organizer box. They are very secure and easy to work with. A little blue Loctite and they won't back off on their own. A 13/64 drill bit provides the perfect size hole for the binding post and the screws can be set by either a philips or flat screwdriver.When mounted, the binding post is virtually flush with the surface to which you are mounting, while still providing an attachment point for, in this case, the magnets inside the box.The binder is low profile enough that I can still set the box on a table or counter and there is no danger of the screws scratching the surface as the screws do not protrude below the rubber feed on the box. It will also allow mounting flush to a wall or other surface without screws/nuts causing it to stand off the mounting surface. If you need to mount something, but can't afford to have screws or a nut protruding from the surface you are mounting to, this is a great solution.Now I'm thinking of a million and one uses for the ones I have left. Great value! I'm sure I'll be buying more in the future.

That's about the best thing about these. The posts are mostly consistent in height, some minor variations in fractions of millimeters, like some of the 6mm posts are actually about 5.5mm. The screw heads are not round and are pretty flat. It's like they started out square and someone ran them quickly on a grinder to make them kinda round. If you like your rounds to actually be round, skip these. If you're not gonna see them after installing them, you might be o.k. If you are making a knife sheath or a gun holster, skip these. Get some real Chicago screws with slotted open ended post. It makes it easier to tighten them down. The posts in this set are plain closed ends. Think nail head. You'll have to rely on friction to prevent them from spinning when you're tightening down. On the upside, the color is nice. Haven't had them long enough to see how well they hold up though.
