As a racer and a crew chief of a race team I do not recommend getting in a side by side without a helmet And seatbelts PERIOD! the only advantage to override on this is to limit your speed when not properly safe. I put this in a client's csr that is a hunter and is in and out of the vehicle often but not driving unsafe or fast. Worked great and I even had a spare that I just used recently on another project.
