High Quality product, lightweight, aesthetically pleasing but VERY narrow steps. I've decided to keep this item because despite the narrow steps everything else is stellar.

Handsome ladder, lightweight, great addition to our home. I recommend getting the 4 or 6 step model. Either is tall enough for most anything you want to reach.

I needed easy access to a ladder in my kitchen since my cabinets go up to 9 feet high. I was constantly taking out the sturdy hardware store ladder out of the garage which became tedious. I wanted a ladder that I felt confident using while bringing down fragile items from the top cabinets, that could also be left out in the kitchen without looking like an eyesore. The top handles is great for balance. The ladder unfolds easily. It has been left propped up against an exposed kitchen wall without any negative comments about its presence, as it blends well with the fixtures and accents of the kitchen. Worth the extra money for function and beauty.
