Drinking bottled water is better for you with this electrolyte product. Hydration is more efficient. My Doctor recommended it and it's keeping me out of the hospital.

This is a great way to get your body hydrated and your electrolytes back in balance. The taste isn't great, but it's not horrible. I've been adding a few drops to each glass of water and therefore, there's no bad taste. I do wish the bottle had a self-included measurement for proper dosing

I drink liquid electrolytes a lot. Several times a day. I was really hoping this was going to be comparable to the one I have bought over the past 10 years or so, but the taste is absolutely intolerable. What a bummer. I was looking for something cheaper.

This product is so much more affordable than others on the market. Having a concentrated version of electrolytes to add to almost any beverage is very convenient and beneficial. I also love that the product doesn't have sugars. It's a great way to get your electrolytes back up without having to drink a Gatorade or buy other sugary "replenish" drinks. You only need a few drops per serving so it's worth the money for the amount that you get. You only need 1/2 tsp. per 32 oz of water, so that ends up being 96 servings/bottle!! for a smaller serving, It says about 12 drops/8 oz of water. I did not taste any difference in the water, it was more like the drops just made the water exceptionally soft. This is still not the most appealing thing, so the bottle suggests adding some lemon juice to help with the taste. I really love how convenient this product is and it's perfect for taking along on road trips or hikes or for long work days. I would recommend this product.

As other reviewers have commented, the 8 oz bottle does not have an inner seal that you have to unpeal to open. That's bad. Also, there wasn't any larger outer container that this shipped in either, just a plastic shrinkwrap. Well, the plastic flip-top cap was damaged in shipping (it was shipped in a bubble envelope with no extra padding), and though the shrink-wrap was still holding the cap on, it has become slightly unscrewed and so it leaked. Not much was lost, but it was a mess. I assume it's safe to use despite the lack of an inner tamper-proof seal, but who really knows. Very bad packaging choice! As for the taste: it doesn't taste like much, but it does affect the "feel" of the water you put it in. I guess it's making it "softer" as others have said. That's due to the minerals I presume. Now for the worst part for me: a few hours into drinking three 16 oz servings of water with 1/4 tsp of this stuff added to each per the dose info on the label, I felt a bit light headed and queasy. I'm used to drinking a ton of water in the morning and don't eat anything at all until after noon, so perhaps it's just a reaction to the sudden influx of some minerals. I'll give it another day or two to see if I get used to it, but if I don't, I'll have to stop using this stuff. That would be a shame, since it seemed to be the best value for the money electrolyte supplement on Amazon right now.
