Q: Is there a way to close to windows from inside in case of cold weather or is the rain fly the only way ?

The rain fly windows only open from the outside. I personally don't have a problem with it because the rain fly is so well designed, and I love the windows and door flaps.

Q: Im confused about the divider, does it have a zipper?

The divider is hanged from the inside and it has a zipper right in the middle. Also it is detachable in case you don't want to use it.

Q: How will does it hold up to wind and heavy rain ?

I’m not sure how much wind and rain you mean but my personal experience: I was told, recently, that about 2” of rain fell on my campsite between 12am and 6am. I cannot verify this story, especially as I slept through the vast majority of it and awoke bone dry. Well, I awoke once during the rain. I heard heavy rain and thunder. I turned on a light and looked around (without getting out of bed). Everything seemed fine. I went back to sleep. This is the driest tent I’ve owned.

Q: Does the Rainfly cover the Screen porch area?

Yes! It does cover that area. When the fly is on you can roll it back and secure it so that you can have some privacy and open air.
