KRK Protective Grilles for RP5G4 Monitors Black, Pair

These are pretty sturdy and really should be what comes with the speaker but they don't. They cover and protect the drivers well and I won't have to worry about my cats messing them up or a fool pushing them in. Removing the factory covers is easy although they are attached with strong magnets so you need to pull hard. Then these just snap on with the magnets. Good product, I love them.

They're great, and a great bear to get on, (well, to get the originals off). Those magnets are strong and there's no good way to get under them to pry the thing off. I used a guitar pick to wedge under and pull up enough to get a finger out. Now I have a pinched finger. The upside is you don't have to worry about them coming off. No probing fingers, bumps, drops, tornados or tsunamis are getting those suckers off. As mentioned in other reviews, I would've preferred them to be on the speakers out of the box. Maybe as an optional model. I would've paid the extra 12 or 13 for the PR5G4grill model. Now, what am I supposed to do with the original front baffles?

Great product, looks well on my speakers. The only issue is that I couldn't get the white color ones for my white speakers.

This should have been an option upon buying the speakers in the first place. True enough, while waiting for my order to arrive, my child had already poked one of the tweeter cones of my Rokit 5. Fortunately the speaker wasn’t damaged. At least now i feel more secure with these in place!

Those nubs by the magnets prevent the grill from attaching to the speaker cabinet.

These grills are nice and sturdy. Not sure why they don't make the monitors with grills to begin with. I guess they make more money this way.

Beautiful but should have came with the KRK speakers

I bought the KrK 5 speakers but the speakers are open and on show when you buy them. My grandchildren started to take a keen interest in the large, yellow speakers so I bought these protective grills. Fantastic item these. Now i don't have to worry about my speakers being pushed in!

Protection, protection, protection is all I can say. Very easy to install. There is a YouTube video explaining the procedure. Great product to protect your investment.
