Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  Purchased this Nuaer 6W Electric Bug Zapper with UV Light Attraction to help keep our back patio pest-free this summer. It hangs under our porch overhang to stay dry. This bug zapper is very lightweight but the plastic feels sturdy and strong. It's still pretty cold here at night, so we have not put it to as much work as it will be later, in the summer months. We are really just starting to see a few bugs here and there so far. Glad to have this in place now. It operates super-quietly and is very easy to clean with its accompanying cleaning brush. Really glad to have this zapper!

Worked before I even put my ladder away!Simply unpack, take the tape off the bottom and hang it then plug it in!As it was stepping off.my ladder, I heard a zap.This couldn’t be easier.I like that it’s super lightweight and that it comes with a sturdy hook for hanging.The cord length is great too. My last one had a cord so short that it wasn’t really easy to get to, but this one is a nice length.It even has a little brush with it so that you can wipe clean the bugs that have been zapped.I’m Def going to order a second one.now for the other side of our patio.

I'd acquired this Nuaer bug electric chair hoping to retire a bunch of houseflies, but in about a month, haven't got a single one.On the upside mosquitoes find it very appealing as do the tiny flying insects we call "those little f'n bugs!"It's hit-and-miss (literally) with moth-size bugs and pretty much a complete miss with craneflies, because the slots in the grills are too close together for the critters to get inside to the grids.It is absolutely silent, but definitely lethal to the "guests" that drop in.I've found the supplied brush to be absolutely worthless because it's too large to fit between the bars.Instead I've just used some computer-type canned air to blow the guests who decided to "stick around" off of the grid.The power cord is shorter than I'd like, I mean who has an outlet two feet off the ground that can accommodate a six-foot cord from the outlet up to the ceiling hook then back down to the "guest house"? So plan on needing a short extension cord.The collection cup at the bottom is somewhat difficult to get in and out because it's difficult to grip and is very lightweight, it tends to fall out of my hand when removing to empty and tends to bind when re-inserting it. I'd term it as being slightly hokey. But it works O.K., once you get the hang of it.If you're looking to get houseflies with this and live in Western Washington, be prepared to be disappointed, they couldn't care less about the light it emits. But of the little f'n bugs and mosquitoes are bugging you, then you'll be glad to have it hanging as a bug 'welcome wagon'.

I live in an area that used to be a cow farm, so in the evenings, the flies and mosquitos come out to feast. Unfortunately for me that means that i cant sit outside. Also, if i leave the door open, the ceiling inside gets covered with dozens of flies within minutes.After i set this up, the flies and mosquitos are so attracted to it, that they dont even come to me, i can hear them getting as they go inside. Once the night is done, you just unscrew the bottom and throw away anything that got caught inside, super easyWhen i received it, i was worries that i would have to put it up on something to hang it, but it turns out that the flat bottom is perfect for putting on a table or grill. I put it next to my grill and will probably leave it there all summer and just flip it on when i go outside to enjoy my coffee or grill.

Living in Alaska, the mosquitoes during summer time is not fun! We basically being eat alive, even pet is being targeted. Trying to see if this would work like I hope for. I haven’t used it yet since it’s been raining and cold so no sign of mosquitoes gang yet! I’ll update it after using it. I just can’t wait to use it !!The product itself is very light weight. The weather is getting hotter and hotter, insects and mosquitoes are outside everywhere. I used this lights for couple of days it surprised me. It works! Definitely recommended.

Easy to use. The product is simple and very effective. You literally plug it up, and it does everything else. Any insects caught are collected in a collection tray which is easy to remove and clean. Bought for my back porch and I love it

I like how easy is and safe I have special needs kidsLast time one mosquito get in to my house my son not speak he get 5 mosquito Bite he just feel itching he never say something kid like him I don't know about pain . But I happy now I kill all flying insect.
