Our one year old cat Milo loves the scratching post. This replaces one that we previously owned that he tore up. So far this one is holding up to his clawing. The one this replaces came unraveled. This is a must have for cat owners if you want to prevent your furniture from getting used as a scratching post. Our male cat definitely prefers to scratch on this post over scratching on our furniture. Almost every morning he comes out and goes right to this pole and grabs the top of it and stretches out on it and then starts pulling on his claws up and down the pole. So there's a reason why this pole is so tall because they like elongating out and stretching on it as well. So we look at these cat scratching poles as an insurance policy in protecting our furniture.

Very easy to set up and cats are loving this. They love the silly little balls and they stretch and dig their claws into this thing. How do they know what this was for, idk but they do. One cat kept walking past it rubbing up against it, so I guess it's to scratch the cats too? Lol. Who knew one simple pole would be so entertaining for cats.

This was very easy to assemble. I did it alone in about 7 minutes and needed no special tools. At first our cats were unsure of what this thing was all about. However, I rubbed some cat nip on the pad and the post and that’s all that was needed. The cats took to using this as a scratching post.

Extremely easy to assemble! Tall, which is great for all size cats. My cats love it!! Sturdy for the cats that like to run and jump on it :) Highly recommend!!

My cats love it! The little floppy ball on top and bottom they find very entertaining.
