I got this to "wall off" different parts of my downstairs for 2 different Shark vacuums to divide their respective cleaning areas. It works awesome for that, I was able to cut one long strip for one opening and a much shorter strip for a doorway. The boundary cuts easily with just a pair of scissors. I attached the strips to the tops of the thresholds in both openings. The vacuums immediately sense the strip when they try to cross the thresholds and back off. Works perfectly.The only nitpick I have - and it's a minor one - is that they only include 3-4 double-sided tape strips in the box for attaching the boundary. So I only had enough to attach one boundary piece, and had to get extra tape for the other. Overall, though, this isn't at all a dealbreaker.Bottom line, this is a great value and works perfectly for its intended purpose.
