Has anyone experienced issues with the base? I got this as a gift for my birthday in October But now the base won’t turn on with the button

If you do not have it plugged in to power, you need to make sure the batteries are not expired/dead. Replace batteries and hold the power button down for a few seconds and it should come on. I hope this helps.

I received my order and it is missing a piece.. it only has the base and cable cord! how do i go about getting the plastic bts symbol?

The clear plastic piece was hidden in a cardboard sleeve when we received our package.

There is a pink mark on the top part of the logo. What is it and is there a way to remove it?

The one that we purchased does not have a pink mark. However, 1) did you remove the plastic covering (like those you have to peel off from some electronic devices). The mark may just be on the plastic; and, 2) if not, it may be damaged or refurbished. Is there a way you can show me an image? Otherwise, that's all I can offer at this time.
