Fiskars SchoolWorks Scissors, Blunt, 12 per Set

This are great for the classroom. I was required to have blunt tip scissors for my middle schoolers and these matched the bill. However, I'm giving them 4 stars because the fingers holes are tiny. The "Fiskars 95017197J Blunt Tip" have much larger finger hole openings if you a teaching middle schoolers. These are great for 5th grade and lower.

My son is always losing his scissors so I thought I would be smart and get a whole box. Bad idea. These are inferior to the Fiskars I usually buy.PROS: You get 12 pairs of scissors for a little over a $1.00 per pair. They would work okay for preschoolers who are just learning how to use scissorsCONS: If you've used other Fiskars scissors, these are not the same quality. The holes for the thumb and fingers are smaller. They just didn't cut as well. My 8 year old doesn't like to use them.

My grandson started kindergarten last week and the list of needed supplies was very long. I had so much fun ordering many things from the list to send to school for him and his classmates.... The price is great, the description is spot on and I have sent enough for many children to share,

We have a friend who just became a teacher. For her graduation, one of our gifts was a bag full of supplies, and I found the best deals on Amazon. I purchased these scissors, crayons and glue in bulk, and I feel the price was worth it! She said the scissors are great for her 2nd grade class-no accidents, and now everyone has a pair. I'll definitely reorder her more supplies next year!

Most of these scissors have made it the first six months in my sixth grade classroom. That's a compliment! The ones that didn't were stolen. I haven't heard any complaints about them and they are obviously good enough to steal. They seem a little small for bigger/ angrier sixth graders.

Great value for a bunch of rounded scissors for a group of kids. Plus, adults won't try to steal these from you because they are clearly for kids. But they cut well and work for most craft projects, including projects using fabric and fleece.

perfect size and great price, used them to make donated back to school supply pouches for kids in needs. small enough for my 5 year olds hand. easy for him to grip

End of year class gift for summer practice. I was pleased with cost and look of product. Seemed to work well with two year old preschoolers.
