So far so good, I use a spice grinder to make into powder. You definitely need to be careful how much you put into smoothies because it can get overpowering and bitter. I also repackaged to a sealed container and keep in the refrigerator for freshness.

I bought these after taking the fenugreek supplements. I figured why not try the actual seeds. I’d take a few under my nail pop them in my mouth and drink a cup of water. My hot flashes are gone. I don’t have a sweets craving. I have a sex drive again. 😍 Mood swings are definitely better.The con: My cycle restarted.I felt bloated and gassy. Woke up in the middle of the night with soul crushing cramps. I noticed once or twice after taking that I cramped. I just thought it was because I took on an empty stomach. After using the bathroom. Pooping and passing gas. I felt better but was still cramping. I stopped taking for a few days and it all went away. So I decided to only take maybe three times a week. Will update on that to see if that works. Or maybe I’m doing it wrong and should make a tea or something.

Great for my hair. Makes it grow fast.

It is the right brand that I was looking for but it saysFenugreek (Methi Daina) seeds ( No marble syrup or smell taste at all), and I thought I orderedFenugreek Methi seeds that smelled and tasted like marble syrup.
