I have 3 security cameras mounted around an old school big steel drain pipe, they’ve held up sturdy as a rock even in some horrendous winds we’ve had this yearFully recommend as an alternative to drilling and wall mountingUpdate over 3 years later - I have since moved house and these brackets have now been fitted around plastic drain pipes for about a year at this point - also just as sturdy on the plastic as they were on the metal drain pipes at my previous house.Also Inwas concerned they might leave marks or scratches on the plastic pipe - but nope, not even a bit - nobdamage from being too tight, no marks from vibrating about in strong winds, nothing! - if I removed them you’d never know they’d been there - so I can confirm these brackets are every bit as useful, sturdy and safe to use on plastic drain pipe as they are on the old school metal ones - still highly recommend after a few years and a house move - only minor rust discolouration along the jubilee clip belt but still perfectly functional as they were new, no discolouration at all on the actual bracket, they actually still look like they did new! - by far a superior method to wall drilling and mounting

Fitted a Eufy camera to a pole using this bracket. Simple to do and nice and secure. Well pleased with the quality.

The back plate is great, however the clips that came with it to secure to the post were not so good, the screw part was cheap metal and the screwdriver soon rounded the nut Grove off.I was fortunate that I had other clips at home to fit.

Great product with accessories. Works outdoor but for indoor also. As an indoor example if you have a moveable tv stand pole with wheels you can attach the plate accessory to it. Then attach the camera to the accessory plate. Advantage is no drilling, no fixed location and offers flexibility in location. Also you can charge the battery camera to an electric location when required.

I have purchase a few of these brackets from Amazon. They generally work very well and there are lots of mounting holes - but they do need greasing all over (or re painting / spraying) otherwise, within about six months, you will see unsightly rust coming through.

Great we bracket for cctv

Loved this mount! Didn’t have to drill any holes in my garden wall, which was a huge plus. Super easy to install on a pole and holds my camera nice and steady. Definitely made setting up my garden camera way simpler.
