Ordered night before and arrived next day as scheduled on Christmas Eve. Really impressed. Phone looks as new and set up quickly and easily. Good value phone to tide over the festive season due to a sudden breakage.

I don’t ever leave reviews but I’m so pleased that I will! I ordered my phone yesterday and it ended up coming before 11am the next day which was incredibly fast as I expected it to arrive in 3 or 4 days. I opened the box up and my phone was in phenomenal condition- only one or two minor scratches on the front and almost pristine on the back. I compared the appearance to my mother’s brand new phone that she got a month back and it was far better in terms of scratches on the screen- which absolutely sufficed and impressed me. I was incredibly happy to find out that my battery health was at 96%. I’ve set everything up and tested out all functions- camera is perfect, speakers are great and screen is completely functional. I am beyond impressed and incredibly happy with my purchase, as I’ve saved hundreds of pounds on a normally very expensive phone for the price of £270. I would absolutely recommend! And I got my model from Grade Mobile :D

Backed by the 1-year Amazon Renewed Guarantee. - This pre-owned product is not Apple certified, but has been professionally inspected, tested and cleaned by Amazon-qualified suppliers. - No signs of cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, etc.) will be visible when the product is held 30 centimetres away". The one day delivery arrived on the third day. The phone was well packaged. The case had a deep scratch on the back that could be seen at arm's length and there was some wear around the edges of the phone. There were mild scratches on the screen but these were not visible when the phone was turned on. Battery capacity was reasonable at 88%. The phone worked well but the speaker on the front, near the camera, had too low a volume to hear incoming calls. Worked through the Apple support site/YouTube/online to go through all possible options to no effect. The phone is a nice phone but is not of any use as a phone if phone calls are not audible so I returned it. On a positive note the Amazon return service was very straightforward although the refurbishing company need to wait 5-7 days to give a refund. A refurbished phone seems like a very good idea but this phone was not 'professionally tested and inspected' and I would be cautious about using Amazon Renewed again

Love it smaller phone so battery life just ok-good not a big phone user so find it great looks expensive in red indistinguishable from new.

El móvil aparentemente en perfectas condiciones. Aspecto impecable. Problema 1: el cargador tiene dificultades para entrar, al final entra. Problema 2: En un principio todo bien aunque al día siguiente al entrar a una aplicación se bloquea el teléfono. A los 2 días el táctil hace lo que le apetece, parece que el móvul está embrujado. Sigue aumentado cada día las cosas extrañas , hasta que hoy el código de desbloqueo funciona sin tocar la pantalla y el móvil reiteradamente se bloquea y no puedo acceder. Resumidas cuentas: No sé cómo se atreven a vender un producto con estas deficiencias. Espero que el próximo no tenga este problema

Acabo de recibir mi iPhone XR!!el aspecto a primera vista es muy muy bueno. La pantalla está nuevecita imagino que es la original porque el reconocimiento facial funciona. Lo que es el teléfono es si,está en muy buen estado, tiene dos golpecitos en las esquinas superiores, casi no se aprecian así que no me molestan en absoluto. De momento va de maravilla,solo llevo unas horas con él pero confío que siga así visto que el móvil tiene un aspecto tirando a nuevo. Calidad precio excepcional....el color elegido ha sido el color coral...está impecable,ni siquiera un rasguño...brilla que da gusto!! La caja venía muy bien precitada,vino con cargador incluido eso sí sin auriculares pero creo que lo ponía en la descripción así que no fue una sorpresa. El envío no ha podido ser más rápido!! Lo pedí el viernes y me llegó el lunes. Muy buena comunicación con el vendedor. Ya veré más adelante si no me falla,de momento conforme con la compra!!!
