I love this so much. I've lifted weights my whole life just because everyone knows a woman needs to. I won't tell you how old I am but this has made me feel strong and look stronger than all my years of working out. I love the way it makes me feel. And you can do it anytime in your house in your day It's really not a big deal but it is a big deal!

Love it
I ordered this item to get a better upper core and strength in my arms. This band comes with an instruction ( with great ideas of how to use it in multiple ways) and I use it every day now. The quality is great, the color is as shown in the ad and the handles are very comfy and grippy with rubber dots. I would recommend this item.

I have two of these, one for myself, and one for my mother who loves it. We both use this daily to strengthen our upper body and is great for anyone who sits at a desk all day. This is easy to use, durable, and will last a long time.
