This is the best travel pillow I've found. The unique design makes it extremely comfortable. I really like the type of memory foam that this has. Some of the pillows I've tried have the super stiff foam, but this one is firm yet cushy. I love that it comes with a travel bag, which makes it super easy to throw in my laptop bag. The adjustable rope is really nice. I like that I can use this in multiple ways. Sometimes when I'm on a plane I will turn it around backwards, so that my neck doesn't fall forward when I nap. It's also great that I can use this to take a quick catnap at my desk. The cover is so super soft and I love that it's removable and washable. That's especially helpful because things have a greater chance of getting dirty while traveling. The eye mask is a great added bonus. I really like this pillow and I won't go on another trip without it.

The Phixnozar Memory Foam Travel Pillow arrived and I'm very pleased with it. I read lots of reviews and was interested in several others but finally decided on this and glad I did. It's much more compact than I expected but that's what makes it work really well! See photo comparing it to a standard type (red one) which is more flat and not as firm, nor formed for proper support. Outside measurement on red pillow, side to side is 13 1/2"; on Phixnozar it's 10 1/2" (10" front to back). Inside diameter on red pillow is 4" (side to side) x 6" (front to back); on Phixnozar it's 4 1/2" by 5", but can cinch up to 4 1/2" x 4 1/2". Very useful to have it adjustable. (I'm a slender female with maybe longer than average neck). It gives support where needed (actually, all around) but not cumbersome at all. I've used it at home in a regular chair and anticipate that it will work great in an airplane or car. Nice balance of firmness/comfort - no foam odor at all. Would recommend!

Very glad I picked this neck pillow as it fits me perfectly, is super comfortable & does exactly what I was hoping for. I am a car passenger for 6 hours per day/6 days per week so all the road bumps, potholes, turning, hard braking,etc really aggravates my chronic neck pain due to tension & bulged disc. Since wearing this my neck pain is gone! I also use it at home while watching tv and it naturally makes me sit straighter and thus improves overall posture (even my lower back pain has improved too which is a very nice & unexpected bonus). The drawstring is very helpful & keeps the pillow snug around my neck. Should have bought this many years ago!!

Just arrived a few days ago, so I'm not sure if in a month of a year etc. I will feel the same, but so far I'm impressed. Used non-prime free shipping and the pillow arrived days before expected. I like the packing. Comes in a sturdy "zip-lock" translucent plastic bag and within that a draw string fabric bag. Also included (which was a surprise) a sleep eye mask which I have not used yet. I often doze off in my home office chair which reclines (another Amazon purchase which I love) and if I don't recline it flat (which I usually don't because I'm not planning on dozing off) I wake up with a stiff neck. Started yawning and just in case I put on the pillow. Sure enough dozed off, but this time no stiff neck. Look forward to trying this a lot more at home and using this on air planes where I often doze off.

This neck pillow is the best. Its so soft, it's so comfortable. I love the fact that its memory foam and that it forms with how you use it. It came with a great sleep mask that forms with your face and the material is super soft. The pillow is made from high quality material. The bag that it came in is great for storing it away when not in use and protects it from getting dirty.Pros:Its super soft and forms with the way you use it.It has an adjustable cording in the front so it will stay in place.It came with a great dust bag that protects it.The memory foam is soooo comfortable!The sleep mask is the best I've ever used and super soft.Material is outstanding and thest I've seen on products.Cons:Only con I have is that there should be a choice in different sizes and more colors. Give more options for people to choose from.Other than that, 5 stars all the way! The BEST neck pillow I have ever used and had.
