LeapFrog is the best!
My 3 and 5-year-old granddaughters love using their LeapFrog "computers". We have several books that the girls can interchange. However, when their uncle started talking to them about the stars and planets, I found it a little difficult to find something to continue to spark their curiosity of the universe. Then I found this. What a great addition to their collection.

Kind of a trick
I got this for my preschool aged grandson. He loves it, even though it's a bit above his level. It does work with his leapfrog leap pad, I thought it didn't. You have to download the info into your laptop and follow instructions. Pretty easy, but... the leapfrog wouldn't respond. I had to look into the troubleshooting section and found the way to do it. Once you get past that part all the books will be available for the audio download on your laptop. People probably get frustrated, I did, but just be patient. It'll work. These books are really good and help with education. They may seem a bit expensive, but it keeps the child engaged and they have fun so it's worth it. Not just paper pages, they're coated and durable. Pretty cute graphics, too!

Wonderful
My 3-year old loves space and honestly couldn't put it down. I've learned more from him than I ever did in school. This was a great way for him to "read" without forcing me to stay awake.

Very well thought out. Exactly what the average child entering or in first grade needs and will benefit from. Use with Leapstart system.

Leap Frog generally gets it right, creating learning modules that kids love to use, have fun with and get educated by. This is a definite winner for hitting on all points.
