Christopher Knight Home Saragus Sofas, Charcoal + Dark Brown

After looking at several other different sofas ,brands etc , the moment I came across this sofa, I knew this would be the one I purchased. At that time There were only like 2 reviews which were completely opposite of each other. So when I first purchased this here on amazon (as well as the matching chair) I did get a bit nervous not actually being able to view this in person to know exactly what I just spent all money on, and to be honest I have not been disappointed with purchasing this furniture at all!!My 15 year old son put the sofa together by himself in less than 45 mins!The chair was delivered already assembled, except for the 4 wooden chair ‘legs/feet which are stored up inside the bottom of the chair (for anyone who needs help figuring out why they weren’t included (they are lol) which took us about 45 minutes before we could figure out that’s where the company actually stores the chair legs/feet for shipping, but only took less than 1 minute to easily attach them. Every person who has seen our new furniture is very impressed , and mentions how good the quality of this furniture is made, noting the quality of the furniture will definitely last! It’s soft and comfortable yet firm which as we know will always keep the original shape and comfort (people are absolutely surprised when I mentioned that l had purchased both pieces of furniture on amazon for Price that I paid , and delivered to our home for free, as well as the quick, easy assembly).The fabric is not linen, why I thought it was when I had made my purchased , idk. ( the description clearly states polyester which I’m usually not a fan of) But I’m actually grateful that this isn’t made of linen, as polyester (pleasantly surprised the fabric is actually ascetically appealing) which is good, as it is so easy to spot clean, and a far more durable fabric to also be able to clean the cushion covers in the washing machine. The best part of this fabric is for those who have cats that not only use kitty scratch post but also insist upon using this new furniture as a scratch post as well now, but thankfully with this fabric , has not damaged the fabric in any way, and not at all noticeable that they do. I only know as I’ve seen them, and still absolutely amazed that there is no ripOr tear, hole in the fabric die to their claws , not even a noticeable thread pulled.I definitely recommend this, and honestly have no complaints about it at all!

I love the design and it was easy to put together; the way the pieces fit is pretty clever. I was on the fence because of the wood look material and it’s pretty low quality (as expected). The fabric seems sturdy and I like the look of that part.One of the two boxes mine came in was damaged and one of part of the wood is a little crushed. The wood grain looks fake; I may paint the “wooden” parts eventually.

Only received a third of the couch. Terrible! This will be fun trying to return.
