Great taste at a great value
Got turned on to this tea a little while back and recently ran out. Found a package of 3 boxes for a good price. Ordered it and love it. Super simple to use, no strings or tags to mess with. Just drop into the water, steep, and remove. Makes a great tasting glass of tea every time.

Soooo good!
I love black tea. I also love spiced tea. This gives me the best of both, still get my caffeine and black rich tea but with Indian style spice which makes it soo lovely to change up my usual Bromley. Not a bad price either.

Taste is great!
I like the taste. I drink this instead of green tea.

Love it!
If you love chai that is served at restaurants, you should go for this. I always enjoyed chai and asked an employee of an Indian grocery store for his recommendation and this was what he pointed out to me. It does not have as rich flavor as what restaurants may serve, but it should give you good enough flavor with a bit more sugar and brew it a bit stronger than usual. For people who may want spicier taste, add some more spices as you like. Highly recommended.

NOT masala, just black tea with the tiniest hint of ginger if you steep it for 10 minutes
I feel like this was a dishonest sell. There's a tea from India in bags that includes actual masala, and it's very handy for a quick cup of chai. I was hoping this would be an equivalent. It is NOT. If I hadn't already opened it, tossed the box and drank some I'd send it back. At least it was not very expensive. Will NOT be buying again.

Tetley is weaker than Tazo
I ran out of Tazo Chai bags and ran out to the nearest large Indian grocery store looking for a replacement. The 72 box of Tetley Masala Tea looked good and was more economical than Tazo. When I opened the box, the first difference I noted is that these bags are circular and stringless unlike Tazo which is rectangular and has a tag for easy dipping and disposal. Now on to the taste test. I like my chai with milk and I have my favorite proportion of water and milk for brewing chai. I tried the exact same recipe that I like to use with Tazo chai bags and the result with Tetley was quite pleasant but weaker.I think Tetley contains less tea leaves and also less of the pungent spices such as black pepper. If you like your masala to be mild, this might work for you. If not, then you may need more than one bag of Tetley to match just one bag of Tazo. I haven't tried double bagging yet. When I finish this box of Tetley, I'll continue to search for something that can better Tazo. Conclusion:Tetley is too weak to brew with milk. It might be perfect to drink straight.Tazo is much better when brewed with milk but it is too strong straight.

Tastes like plain black tea, not chai
I have been drinking Tea India's masala chai for the last year but its been out of stock or double the price I paid initially. The reviews on the Tetley masala tea looked good so I thought I would chance it and ordered a 3 pack, for a total of 216 tea bags. It came late tonight, I opened one of the boxes and the first thing I noticed was the lack of spice aroma. The Best By date was December 2022. I made a cup and it definitely lacks aroma and flavor, its very bland like plain black tea. Maybe it's the way the bags are packed, they are the round ones but just loose inside the paper box where Tea India comes in a foil sleeve that is sealed until needed. I'm not ordering this again, just not worth it if you are looking for a good masala chai as this is a pale imitation at best.
