intbouopbI’ve had a number of back surgeries and am now unable to get down on my hands and knees to, for example, clean a spill on the rugs. This is the answer. I can spray a spill and scrub it with the wand, applying enough pressure to clean the spot. Even our housekeeper who comes in twice a month loves the product and reminds us how great it is. One side is more abrasive than the other, so that facilitates cleaning. Only downer is that the extendable shaft collapses easily when you apply too much pressure, but the good points outweigh the bad,

I wanted to give this 5 stars but I’ve used this a couple times with no issues. I like that the length adjusts and there are two sides to use but I just used this again today and the pole snaps near the base. I wasn’t brushing too hard but maybe because I was at an angle? I instantly became frustrated because it should be able to take a little more stress and abuse since it’s used to clean carpet.

I received my carpet cleaning kit and it was working as it said it was and i was very please with my purchase but after a few minutes of use i ran into a problem with my handle so i contacted the seller and was told by automated email that it could take up to 48 hrs before i hear back from the seller but to my surprise the seller contacted me within the hour and within 3 days of contacting the seller my new handle arrived and my brush is working like a dream and i'm very happy with my purchase and will be purchasing another one in the future for my mom.
