Great quality for the price
I purchased the Elite Gourmet MST-250XS Slow Cooker for my father, and he absolutely loves it! It’s the perfect size for cooking small meals, and the adjustable temperature settings make it super versatile for different recipes. The 1.5-quart size is great for cooking meals for one or two people, making it ideal for my father’s needs, because it's just him. With just a simple dial for Low, High, and Keep Warm settings, it’s very user-friendly. The ceramic insert ensures even heat distribution for deliciously tender meals. The removable ceramic pot and glass lid make cleanup a breeze! It looks modern and stylish on the kitchen counter. This slow cooker has been a fantastic addition to my father’s kitchen. It’s perfect for stews, soups, sauces, and small entrees without taking up much space. If you're looking for a compact, reliable, and easy-to-use slow cooker, this one is highly recommended! Great quality for the price and makes a wonderful gift.

Crock for one
Used this little gem twice now, so I can't speak from deep knowledge of it. One of my kids has gone vegan, and this has been a nice help to make one meal and keep them separate. Small so cooks quickly, but nothing unexpected for a seasoned "crocker". Filled to the brim twice now and cooked nicely throughout the day on low. Today I kept it on warm most the day because no "cooking" was involved until later, which low worked fine again. Lid is cute an fits nicely allowing the crock to crock and burp itself gently as needed while maintaining liquid. Item cleans like any other crock - pretty easy, no complaints. White outer wipes clean with a damp cotton cloth. Stores easily due to small size.

Love it, works well, but small
First, I just want to say that this crockpot does its job well, and that I've had none of the issues I've seen in a few other reviews about the lid not fitting. The lid balances perfectly on the rim, and holds heat & moisture in. The cord isn't super long, but I have average sized countertops and it plugs into the wall, and still has give in the cord when I have the cooker near the edge while filling it. Plus it's very attractive and takes up little room on the counter, which is where I store it. And the purple is great! But I do have to say that it IS small -- and I read the reviews, so thought I was prepared for that. But because the walls slant inward, going from top to bottom, the top has a wider opening than the available area on the bottom. So, for instance, if you have a roast that's fairly the same size all around, it may technically fit in the top, but not be able to be squished into the bottom. I'm using the crockpot right now (boneless country spareribs in BBQ sauce), or I'd take a photo to show this.As another example, I made pork chops in a cherry sauce and used the kind of pork chops that look like small T-bone steaks. There were only two chops & they were normal in size, yet I couldn't just lay them flat but had to sort of squish them in. They cooked just fine, but next time I'll use boneless, just as I doubt I'll ever try a roast, but will instead either make stew or use a top or bottom round steak (cut up in a few pieces) so there will be room for a few vegetables. And when I say few I'm thinking one yellow onion, one sliced sweet potato, one large or two medium carrots and one stalk celery -- and that'll be all that will fit except for a little liquid. It will fit a couple of boneless chicken breasts - maybe three -- even if they're on the large side, but again the bottom one may need to be squished in a little.Anyway, if you want to be able to cook a small chicken, choose a larger pot. A Cornish hen might fit in this one. All that being said, though, I'm still glad I bought this as it's just the right size for the amounts we make, and I find the larger sizes hard to wash because they're so heavy & we don't have a dishwasher. If you're okay with the size, I think you'll like it!

Price was right.
I purchased 2 of these for a different reason other than Chili or Stew. I use them exclusively for my Hobbies. Mostly for heating various solutions in a double-broiler type setup. The Rheostat switch for control the different Heat selection levels is erratic & all over the place. I took numerous temperature tests every 5 minutes for hours. I had the water filled to the upper level of the Pot & Had “WARM” setting temps as high as 209°. While I had High temp settings that were 140-165° ranges. But other than the inconsistent temperature readings, everything else about these Mini-Crockpots was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT for the average cost of $10 paid for Each unit. Got 1 listed as used for $8 (looked Brand New) FREE SHIPPING for both. These would be great for a University student living in a Dorm room. It’s a Very SMALL POT!Those Temperature #’s listed on each unit are from my Label maker after i averaged the temps from 24-hours of tests.*They have very short electrical cords (safety feature.* Each unit has the following parts:1: A removable White Clay type Pot, of decent craftsmanship & quality.2: A Clear Glass lid that has a small round knob type handle. It comes apart to clean with a quality silicone type bushing to seal it & a stainless bolt that tighten. I was impressed with the craftsmanship for the inexpensive price point!3: The Aluminum Base that contains the heating element & control switch for the x4 Settings of OFF / LOW / HIGH / WARM.This was the area that most likely required the manufacturer to sell it so cheap. Due to the erratic inconsistent temperatures for each sitting. For my purposes I give it a 5-Star-Rating. And that’s exclusively for my hobby.***if I were to rate it just for its intended use of Slow Cooking Food I’d give it 3 1/2 Stars.Hope this helps!CheersZenModeling
