Good for a European microscope used in the US
I needed this to adapt a European microscope lamp to a US outlet. It’s just a 20w circuit so this relatively low wattage model of the transformer was enough. Nice simple design. I also needed a type-F adapter as well.

Does exactly what it is intended for...
This transformer does exactly what it is supposed to do, without fail. It is well made, and very easy to use. For traveling, it is a bit large, but any transformer of this capacity will be a bit big. Zero complaints.

Does what it’s supposed to
I bought a perfect Asian fit massage chair when living in Thailand that I shipped home. It has the Asian wattage and plug. I needed this converter and carefully searched the chair wattage and selected the transformer that would be the cheapest but would handle the wattage of the chair. Tip: there are two outlets for up converting and down converting. I placed packing tape over the wrong one so my parents wouldn’t use the wrong outlet.
