These are great for the price. The silicone padding part is a lot more rigid and thicker than the padding on the cheap grips they're replacing. It was a little loose on the clutch side but with a liberal amount of gorilla clear grip it's secured nicely the metal part is solid and has a little heft. They have a slightly smaller diameter than the ones that they're replacing but it feels good in my hands. Went on my 2008 Yamaha Vstar 650

Just junk. They look good feel good but there is no set screw for the left grip to hold onto the bar and even with RTV glue and let sit 24hrs it comes off . The throttle side grip pulls off as well and slips. You need to use super glue to hold it on the sleeve . Spend a few more bucks and read how they attach before buying anything.

Comfortable but the throttle grip was not securely glued to the throttle sleeve so it kept rotating on the sleeve during driving. I've re-glued it 3 times (with 3 different adhesives), hopefully the 3rd time is a charm.

I'm so happy these grips came in time and were.super easy to put on I swear Two screws on the right alley loop the cables of and on the new grips and slip on the other side. Super convenient and the grips make her look that bit more fresh 😆

The soft black area must be foam and has started disintegrating in a year's time. My bad for not searching further for a more quality product. You get what you pay for. Initially, they looked good but just didn't hold up as well as I had hoped. I will pay the good money for a better quality grip and make sure I know exactly what I am getting. Bottom line - you get what you pay for.

This product has ONE JOB. When you twist the right side grippy thing, motorcycle goes "vroom-vroom". Well - it fails to achieve that because the glue between the plastic sleeve and the outside pretty grip is insufficiently glued. I've tried rubber cement, hot glue and more, but the entire inner sleeve is a shiny plastic and the entire outer grip is the rubber backing from the visible black bumps. Gluing plastic to rubber is hard. Going to have to remove handlebars all over again (cables short) and start again. Will destroy these rather than return them to help vent frustration.

I was initially very happy with these as they actually fit my bars unlike the 2 previous one I bought (different brand). After installing them I went for a short ride and was very happy with the comfort, even though the rubber portion of the grips needed to be pushed back in. It was the time time I went for a ride that I noticed the issue. The throttle side grip was starting to slip. It will not hold position while riding and if you go to the support page for the product they tell you to pull it off and reglue it. I realize they are an inexpensive product but to have an issue that is so common that you expect the buyer to repair them is next level.
