Daby Nail Hardener - Formaldehyde-free .5 ounces (3 Pack)

My manicurist has been using this product straight on my nails and it is amazing. I am a gardener and a cook and the polish just refuses to chip or peel. Undoubtedly it has some toxic ingredients in it, as most nail polish does, so I have decided to hold off using it for a while until I get around to doing some research. But it works! PS I don't wear color so I can't speak to other comments about how well it seals color on the nails.

This polish isn't really a top coat, it's more like a nail color sealer! It does work really well but it takes FOREVER to dry. Prepare to be doing nothing for at least 2 hours, but at least your manicure lasts more than a full week.

The Daby "3-pack" I purchased for $28.00 is failing to live upto expectations. It promises to 'harden nails'. The instructionsare "shake well; apply to fingertips over very dry polish, every day" The first application, the second application and the thirdwere unremarkable and coated the fingertips, protecting them fromfriction damage I guess. After the third, the Daby peeled off.On 2 fingertips the peel took with it small split flakes of fingernail. That's what I wanted to prevent: the flaking fingernail tips. No such luck. The Daby company needs to print a small advisory, adddressingthe following: 1. If there must be a bottom layer of fresh polish every day, 2. If fresh polish undercoat is not needed each day, how long should the Daby last on the fingernails? 3. How often should the Daby be removed, and what should be used to remove it? 4. If the Daby is peeling off all by itself, what can be done to prevent that from occuring?

I originally found this product after it being suggested to me by a coworker. She called it her"miracle cure" and steroids for her nails. She was right. It stopped the flaking, raw edges and everything I had wrong with my nails that prevented them from looking manicured. I swear by this product and couldn't find it until I found it on line again. Thank you for its availability. I will never be without it again.

if you're looking for a product that really will absolutely help to stop the peeling and breaking nails on your otherwise beautiful nails, grab this stuff and use it all the time! I use it every night on the tips of my nails. I use it as an undercoat, then as a top coat when using polish.It arrived well-wrapped and right on time. Whew! So glad to have it again, as I spilled my last bottle at work. Yes, I sneak a coat every chance I get! Try it!

I have tried many nail hardeners, and this is by far, one of the best that's out there. My nails have been soft and brittle and I had all but given up on trying anything else until a friend of mine told me about Daby. It is easy to use, and within about three weeks my nails were absolutely fabulous. In fact, my nails have grown out so much that I am wearing a French manicure week after week.My only hesitation for this review was that demand may drive the price point up. Seriously, it's truly agreat product.

I've been using this product for over 10 years. My manicurist applies it after my polish is on, before the topcoat. Then it's 8 minutes under the uv light. I re-apply it later the same evening on freshly washed, completely dry nails. My polish will last for 1 week with absolutely no chipping, 2 weeks if I reapply it again on the 7th day. Since using this product, my nails are strong with no breaking or splitting. I highly recommend it and this sender as it arrived promptly and carefully packaged.

I am very happy with this product! I was use to pay 22$ each in Montreal, so when I moved in USA I was very surprise to see the difference in price. This product is amazing, my nails are very thin and break easily, with daby, it's a different story. They are strong and beautiful. I was so proud to have my natural nails when I got married because of this product, only a French polish was enough! I use it since 2003! Thank you Daby!
