This book is an absolute belter. This is an honest, informative and excellently written book about the confusing and sometimes contradictory world of professionalism in genealogy and the various accreditations offered and awarded. As someone who believes that genealogy is a duty, a calling and huge responsibility, this book is exactly what I've been wanting to read all these years. The author, Paul Gorry, has put into these pages what every genealogist should read, whether they be professional, aspiring or just super keen. Genealogy needed this book to be written, and no-one could have written it better than Mr Gorry. Wholeheartedly recommended.
