Perfect for my needs.
Perfect weight! We have some kind of vine taking over our fence, and the weed eater tears into the fence. This gets the job done and is not too heavy. I thought price was reasonable for the product. Very simple to use, wipe clean and slide in the sheath for storage. I also like the orange color of the sheath because I can find it in my tools.

Ok tool
Very head/end heavy and not that sharp out of the package. Handle is ok, but with the weight you’ll get tired of swinging…wish I would done traditional machete. Will work for clearing brush.

Great
This machete is really good. The blade is sharp and strong. The handle feels comfortable and easy to hold. It cuts through branches without a problem. The quality is better than I expected. I would definitely recommend it

Better than 4 stars but not 5, I rounded up.
Who doesn’t need a machete right? I’ve had the inexpensive versions from various cheap sellers and you get what you pay for. No insult intended. This machete is heavy because it’s made of thick steel. The grinding of the blade angle is appropriate for its size. I could likely use and resharpen this blade for the next 30 years. This is appropriate for pruning palm trees, cutting branches, basically anything I’d use a hatchet for but the long blade keeps my knuckles away from the action. Why less than 5 stars? It’s not sharp, not mine anyway. I can rest the blade on my hand and with motion it won’t cut me. If I’m not mistaken, the listing said “super sharp”. In my book, that means it’ll cut paper, or my hand. I’d take fractions off for the blade nicks and bare spots (none are on the cutting edge). I think this is a tool you can “make your own” by some tlc, honing the blade and keeping it clean. I’d give it 4.6 stars for the price.

Bent blade, okay for money
Came bent, not a great initial sign. Okay weight, fairly sharp though could be much sharper. Sheath is just loose cover for the blade with no attachment points, so you'll need to wrap it. Steel quality is someone suspect. Grip:comfy handle that handles shock well, though it's very unbalanced and little weird to swing.Size:Good length.

Great Machete!
I was a bit skeptical about this machete but I took a chance and bought it and I'm glad I did! Out of the box it is super sharp and ready to use. It has good weight to it, the blade is thick and the metal isn't cheap, it's feels great holding it, is well balanced and so far I've been able to cut wrist thick branches and saplings with 3-4 swings. Definitely worth the money and I have and would recommend this to anyone! I'm actually considering buying a second one.
