I PAYED MORE THAN THE VALUE OF THE STONE FOR HER TO ARRIVE THE OTHER DAY AND HERE COME 5 DAYS LATER. THE PHOTO STONE SHOWS THE GREATEST AND STRONG VIOLET COLOR, I RECEIVED A BROKEN AND ALMOST TRANSPARENT. I WANT ANSWERS !

I was looking forward to this crystal the most, it's so beautiful pictured. I received my package and couldn't even unwrap my crystal, it had pieces crumbling out all over the place, it's sharp like glass and I'm just super disappointed overall since I was prepared to cleanse and use them asap. If I could give this zero stars I would.

This looks NOTHING like whats in the pics or description. Very plain and no where near the correct color. Supposed to be “red” or close to that, but instead I get a plain white. Will be returning this back to where it came from.

I was disappointed in this, I understand that because they are natural, they are all verying in colors, size shape etc. I ordered two, hoping at least one would have some really nice color. They didn't at all, and one had chipped a few pieces off in transit. **Edit*** I'm still a little sad about not being very nice coloration, but they advertise this to be a possibility, and, after cleaning these, even though pale in color, are still beautiful. Just wish the one hadn't had any chipping

It took a while for this amythest cluster to arrive. When it got here yesterday, I opened the big envelope, pried off the thick covering of well-taped bubble wrap (thank you) and then started unrolling a protective styrofoam strip. I unrolled and enrolled and enrolled until an "amythest cluster," smaller in size than my little finger, finally emerged. Not happy at all.

I totally get that natural stones vary drastically. Still, I feel like the photo description should not lead you to believe or imagine that you are going to get a deep color. I looked at mine and my reaction was, “Oh well. Guess it will do.”That’s not the feeling you want. Very underwhelmed my the color of my amethyst. The size is great and is as expected. Packaged well.

I am disappointed in the product and would not buy it again.It is poorly crafted, dirty, and falling apart.
